Maybe the first step would be to get Mozilla to compile under Cygwin 
using X instead of
using all the Windows APIs directly (like what they are trying to do in 
that Bugzilla ticket
above.)  In fact, getting Evolution and Mozilla working under 
XFree86/Cygwin would be
two worth while efforts.
