Program compiled with cygwin IS a windows program and executable will be
named 'program.exe'. Your program will require cygwin1.dll, so you should
distribute it with your program. This dll located in /bin directory. You may
also try to use -mno-cygwin compiler switch, to create application that does
not require cygwin1.dll, but it's more difficult.
