I have just installed cygwin. When I run the window, the $ prompt is always preceded by the line I have no name!@<name of computer> What is causing this? and how do I get rid of it? I have defined USER in /etc/profile, but that doesn't seem to have any effect. -- Alan -- Unsubscribe info: http://cygwin.com/ml/#unsubscribe-simple Bug reporting: http://cygwin.com/bugs.html Documentation: http://cygwin.com/docs.html FAQ: http://cygwin.com/faq/
