Subject: How to make "default" cygwin package.

Does anyone knows how the cygwin "setup" command
decide which package is a "default" package and which is "optional" ?
I was expecting it to be somewhere in the setup.hint file. I did find
anything there, so I am asking..

Thanks
Anddrew Chang
