I downloaded and installed cygwin from my local
directory.But everytime the setup.exe crashed and the
setup message is :

Installing
cron-3.0.1-7
/usr/man/man1/cpio.1

My system is Windows NT4.0 Server ,ServicePack6.
what should I do?

I want to recompile the setup program on my PC using
Visual C++ 6.0, how can I do this ?
