Hi everyone !

I don't know if "ulimit" command still work in cygwin.
I used ulimit to set the maximum number of files can be opened. It works
in Linux but it seems not to work in Cygwin. 
The maximum number of files can be opened in my Cygwin is 1024 (this
number is also default in Linux).
If anyone knows how to increase this number, pls let me know.
