Well, I spent more time searching in the mailing list archive and on google 
and couldn't come up with posts that had the same issue.
Most of the posts I could find would get an error message when they tried 
to use mkpasswd -d

I don't get an error message but I actually get the first 12 entries of the 
domain user list. Same thing when I try the mkpasswd -l on the actual 
Primary Domain Controller. Again I don't get an error message but the first 
12 users of the ~400 users.

Thanks again for any info/help/suggestion
