The main reason I mentioned that I had suggested it previously is to make it
clear I was not criticizing the suggestion.

I am sorry I gave the impressoion I was working on it. My intent was to make
it clear that it is not as easy as setting a flag. I meant to say the same
thing that Gary said ("It's not that easy") except I provided details of
what is probably necessary, to make it clear that it is not that easy. Since
it is being developed I would like to say that I think it will be worth the
time spent on it.
