-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi guy's, I'm using Textpad as my favorite editor for al textbased work. I would like to use it as the default editor and set an EDITOR=c:/Textpad/TextPad.exe in my profile. It starts ok, but any file passed through by cygwin misses the first two characters. An example /tmp/crontab.1188 would become mp/crontab.1188 and textpad would thus start with an emptyfile instead of editing the required crontab file. My Cygwin variable is set to binary. Any ideas? Workarounds? Raphael. - -- I am more bored than you could ever possibly be. Go back to work. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.7 (Cygwin32) iD8DBQE9S/l4WEtPuWPcngsRAoQ2AKChsR+9rgFRLaqC2+YEldLCUPzZIwCeNHvp F3+ciAWAhd322m9Ud4Bjgz0= =Sg3d -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- Unsubscribe info: http://cygwin.com/ml/#unsubscribe-simple Bug reporting: http://cygwin.com/bugs.html Documentation: http://cygwin.com/docs.html FAQ: http://cygwin.com/faq/
