hi!

the cygwin-setup supports overwriting of used files by rebooting the
machine. that's nice, but i don't want to restart my machine cause i
forgot to close my bash or there's one bash.exe hanging.

could you change this to display a message-box so the user can decide
whether he wants to reboot or just retry (after terminating some processes).

you could even try to monitor the processes using the file (you will not
find many setups that do that, cause it's very complicated, and i don't
really expect that)
