Hi,

Two days ago the definition of ReadFileScatter and WriteFileScatter are
added to win32api/include/winbase.h. So far as I can see, these are not
correct.

The second argument that is defined as FILE_SEGMENT_ELEMENT should be
FILE_SEGMENT_ELEMENT[]
