Ooh, that would be a problem. 

> Search for cygwin1.dll using the Windows Find/Search facility.

But I don't think it's this problem. The search found only
"c:\cygwin\bin\cygwin1.dll".  I also ran depends on bash.exe, and
that's the full path of the cygwin1.dll that it reports as well.
