Here's the error: (executed in a BSD native xterm)

fixme:win32:PE_LoadImage Need to relocate E:\HOME\TG\CYGSETUP.EXE, but \
no relocation records present (stripped during link).
wine: can't exec 'cygsetup.exe': error=0
