Hi compiling a program that contains é,è,à and others reports "unrecognized character in input stream.", even it is in a comment. (// or /* */) And the '^' character normally showing the location of the error is written at the wrong place. Samples: $ gcj -C EssaiEnregistrer.java EssaiEnregistrer.java:1: unrecognized character in input stream. /*Programme d'enregistrement sur fichier de données*/ ^ EssaiEnregistrer.java:2: unrecognized character in input stream. import java.io.*; ^ 2 errors ======================================================================== $ gcj -C EssaiEnregistrer.java EssaiEnregistrer.java:5: unrecognized character in input stream. //Création des articles ^ EssaiEnregistrer.java:6: unrecognized character in input stream.
