I try to compile Linux source code of Rainbow (It is A.I. tool).
After I try to fix something (such as values.h that have not in
cygwin) I get last error message that I can't fix. 

It is... 

./argp/libargp.a(argp-parse.o): In function `parser_parse_next':
/home/xxx/bowsrc/bow-20020213/argp/argp-parse.c:748: undefined reference to 
`getopt_long_only'
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [rainbow] Error 1 

Do any one have any idea about this error?
If you have ever seen this error and have solution please
let me know.
