Charles, I know when I have used my own home cooked version of 3.1 and 3.1.1, when I compile, I have to "push" it down the correct library path, i.e. /mygcc/bin/g++ -o hello hello.cpp -L/mygcc/lib or I will get some errors that I had attributed to some kind of cross- library foul-up. General, I have not seen any traffic on the g77 issue (appears to not be built), just wanted to make sure someone caught what I was mumbling about earlier today... Take care folks!
