Refer to the update from Corrina to my email which related to installing
cygwin titled :

"install process hangs on when run under windows 98 (using setup
v2.249.2.4)"

The problem with mkgroup has been sorted in the cygwin source it is yet to
make it to the binaries

I have also asked via email titled :

"Avoiding MKGROUP execution during install"

how the problem can be avoided whilst the source cahnges make their way to
the binaries

Mark Womack's fix (16:50 on 7/2/02) for the missing cygwin1.dll problem
worked 
for us.  Try his suggested ftp site.  However, there is a new error message:

"The MKGROUP.EXE file is linked to missing export ADVAPI32.DLL:LsaClose"

Anybody else seen this and know what's happening?
