Subject: | setup.exe doesn't install cygwin1.dll |

I'm using setup.exe, version 1.3.11-3. I can't install Cygwin, because the setup program doesn't install the base "cygwin" package. There's no cygwin1.dll, nor any of the other files in the base cygwin package. Each of the setup.ini files for the mirrors I tried contain a "@ cygwin" entry of (without leading whitespace): @ cygwin sdesc: "The UNIX emulation engine" category: Base requires: _update-info-dir But in three attempts, no "cygwin" package was installed. My question: how can I install cygwin? I did this just two weeks ago with v1.3.10, but don't have that setup.exe with my anymore.
