Here's are two thoughts:

First, which I would prefer, is to have setup determine the current
screen resolution and use the small windows for small displays, and 800
x 600 for larger displays.

Second would be a tabbed dialog, which I'm not crazy about, probably
because I see it done too much and usually badly, but it's another idea.
