After resetting my computer, and setting up Cygwin again, right from the
mirrors.rcn.net/sourceware/cygwin, I noticed the cygwin was not in the
download section.
I DLD the cygwin 1.3.11-3 through the web at the website
Now, I can't get a home directory.
I'll figure it out
