Subject: ssh session inherits only some of the parameters in the CYGWIN variable ?!

I tried with several different cygwin snapshots, 1.3.11 release and
with 1.3.9 release, but its all the same - so this seem to be the
expected behaviour. Is there an explanation why ? :)
