Subject: setup cannot find mirrors

I have tried for 2 days to get setup.exe to find the mirrors so it can do
the downloads and it consistently reports the failure:
getUrlToStream-http://sources.redhat.com/cygwin/mirrors.lst. If I paste this
address into a browser, I do get the list.

The error is instantaneous with clicking on Direct Connection+next. I am
using Windows XP Pro, behind a router. The FAQ says to check my connections.
They are OK. All my other internet access is OK.

I searched this forum for "router download" and there were no relevant hits.
Since this is the "recommended" method of getting the cygwin packages, can
someone help in getting it to work.

regards,
D. J. Foreman
