>[1] That's bait to get somebody to tell me, "oh yeah, well put this in your >.whateverrc file and do it in ONE keypress!" ;-) Well, you asked for it! ;-) If you enter a line like: Control-e: "cygstart .\C-M" into your $HOME/.inputrc file (which may or may not already exist), that will bind CTRL-e to automatically type "cygstart .<Return>" whenever you hit it.
