Subject: Xpm-files: Is there any graphics editor, that can work with .xpm under Windows or Cygwin?

Does anybody know about graphics editor for .xpm format that works on
Win/Cygwin platform.
Gimp seems to be such editor, but it's too "heavy" for me.

I need xpm just to create some icons and images for gtk+ 1.3.

Thank you,
Alexei Lioubimov
