You should, in theorey, be able to simply compile vmstat from the procps
sources and use that.
However it doesn't seem to work with 1.3.11-3: NtQuerySystemInformation
failes with ERROR_BAD_LENGTH.
This might be to do with the changes in structure alignment, etc. I will try
to investiage further.
