Recently, I've found a dramatic slowdown with ssh. To test, simply use Cygwin ssh to connect to any ssh server, either Cygwin, or non-Cygwin. Type a command - characters appear slower than 1 per second. I'm using current versions of everything. I don't expect anyone to diagnose the problem from this information - I'm just asking whether anyone else has this problem, so I know whether its worth doing a clean install of cygwin.
