I seem to remember hearing, and semi-noting, that the
rcn site had some kind of crash a couple of weeks ago.
I used to get snapshots of gcc from that site, but not
Cygwin.  A couple of times that I have gone back there
I have noted changed gcc directory structures and no
snapshots.
