linking qt-3 lib fails with a segfault after eating memory until no more memory
is available. Currently I have no idea, where this could be caused by.
The only thing I remember, that this behavior is similar to the memory leak
problem some month ago, for which I have send in a fix.

Perhaps I find next week some time to check this.
