I have a problem using a ksh scripts which reads in a command file. The
script was developed on HP and runs fine on LINUX. But on cygwin the script
can't execute. It reports:

SQL: - cannot execute - permission denied

The SQL command file it tries to execute is a simple comand file with one
command:

isql -U$user -P$passwd "$@"

Cygwin refuses to set execute permission on the file if it does not find a
#!/bin/ksh (or any shell) at the first line.

The ksh context in which the command file is executed in:

function LSDB
{
    SQL <<-EndSQL
        SELECT database_names=name FROM sysdatabases
        go
    EndSQL
}

Does anybody know what I can do to fix this?
