Get INIT:
http://www.research.att.com/~gsf/cgi-bin/download.cgi?action=list&name=INIT
and then ast-ksh:
http://www.research.att.com/~gsf/cgi-bin/download.cgi?action=list&name=ast-
ksh
They both have cygwin binaries, but you'll need INIT to install ast-ksh.
