After I upgraded today to the newest version of Cygwin, I tried to start
Xemacs for windows, which was working just before my Cygwin upgrade, but
Xemacs, now, throws me an error saying that CYGPNG2.dll is missing.  I
tried upgrading my Xemacs to the newest version, but I get the same error
message.  Please help.
