mkpasswd reports '?' is a valid help option but fails to accept it.

	$ mkpasswd --help
	Usage: mkpasswd [OPTION]... [domain]

	This program prints a /etc/passwd file to stdout

	Options:
		... snip ...
	   -?,--help               displays this message

	$ mkpasswd -?
	mkpasswd: unknown option -- ?
