I recently noticed that when I try to execute ANY command under user that is not currently logged in (for example when I use 'Run as different user' shortcut property) that command executes for about 1 minute!!!! No disk activity, no cpu usage... it simply wait a minute. Anyone knows what's going on? Because of that I can't run ipc-deamon as a service (it starts too long). Any ideas?
