Subject:	Problem compiling packages

Hello.
I have problems with compiling packages, for example tcltk 8.4.3.
If i run configure everything seems to be okay but it will not generate
Makefiles.
All *.in files will not generate correspondig files for compiling.
I have the newest cygwin-1.3.10 release. CYGWIN variable is set to ntsec.
The CONFIG_FILES variable is empty.
What's wrong here?
