Subject: tar 1.13.19-1 with Windows path

I just noticed a problem with the new tar package (1.13.19-1) and
Windows-style paths. When I give it a path with c:, it waits a while and
reports "c: Unknown Host".

For example:

tar -tzf c:/Download/Devel/Palm/prc-tools-2.0.92-cygwin.tar.gz

Quoting doesn't make any difference. It is definitely a problem with
tar; the same thing happens if the archive is uncompressed. The previous
version didn't have this problem.
