What, specificly, are the cygwin people waiting for before releasing a 
gcc 3.x build? release of gcc 3.1?
What particularly about the current "official, stable, release" build of 
gcc 3.x (i think its 3.0.something) from gnu is stopping said build from 
being ported to cygwin?
