     We still facing the same problem in downloading. Can you please 
     arrange the full package of cygwin sofware in CD.
     
     Pls let us know how we can get the same or where we can made the order 
     for the same.

     Thanks for ur reply .we tried again and again but the problem is 
     remain same.
     
     Pls let us know the reliable source to download the same. Only we need 
     to login from UNIX machine to PC using Cygwin in Bash mode.

Just run setup again and install from the local directory where it stored
the packages.  Obviously, not all the packages you tried to install initially 
will be there but you should get the majority.  After that, you can rerun 
setup, install from the internet, and pick the packages you missed in the 
first round.
