Subject:	User name prompt bypassed in ftp

Hi, I'm using cygwin 1.3.10 on Win95. When I ftp to
remote server, the user name prompt is bypassed and
I'm immediately prompted for password. This also
happens when I use GPG. I'm prompted to enter my
password confirmation without the prompt for the
password for the first time.
