I loved this cygwin compiler before my computer crashed, and now I cannot get it to work... I installed from the internet and get no cygwin1.dll file with it. I downloaded the dll from the internet, and it still doesn't work... It gives me this error... $ make gcc -c -Wall -O -g act_comm.c gcc: installation problem, cannot exec `/usr/lib/gcc-lib/i686-pc-cygwin/2.95.3-5 /cpp0.exe': Permission denied make: *** [act_comm.o] Error 1 If I just compile the program I'm making, and try to run the .exe, it prompts me with "Missing required cygwin1.dll"... Do you know how I can get this to work?
