I've check the Win2K event viewer, it seems the problem came from file permission when Squid tries to access /var/log/squidcache.log. This is the attribute: -rw-r--r-- 1 SYSTEM SYSTEM 3852 Feb 15 11:54 squidcache.log any advice? -----Original Message----- From: cygwin-owner AT cygwin DOT com [mailto:cygwin-owner AT cygwin DOT com]On Behalf Of Robert Collins Sent: Friday, February 15, 2002 11:47 AM To: Sindhu Kurnia Cc: cygwin AT cygwin DOT com Subject: Re: Running Squid using cygrunsrv Then maybe pass -p "/usr/bin/squid -N" to cygrunsrv.
