Yes.

Feel free to share your script with others.

Like I said, I'm not interested in maintaining alternate uses of
setup.exe.  We have enough to deal with in its intended use.

However, there is no reason why someone else couldn't maintain something
and share it.  That's what Free Software is good for.

It's very unlikely that something like this will ever be part of the
cygwin release, though.
