Actually the problem stems from the fact that insn-flags.h is generated
with symbolics:

#define SOME_SYMBOLIC
\
Symbolic_definition_here();


Where 2.95.3 generated them as:

#define SOME_SYMBOLIC \
Symbolic_definition_here();
