That shows 2 hits:

Found 2 matches for cygpng2.

libpng/libpng-1.0.11-1 PNG library - development
libpng2/libpng2-1.0.12-1 PNG library - 1.0.x runtime

You want the newer one:
   libpng2-1.0.12-1

Also, you'll probably want the development package as well:
   libpng-1.0.12-1 (note the missing '2')
