Subject: 1.3.6: problems with rsync 2.5.1

Hi!

I try to use rsync 2.5.1 with cygwin and get the following error under w2k:

....
setsockopt IPTOS_THROUGHPUT: Invalid argument
receiving file list ... done

....

Under Win98 no error message is written. I use the local <-> remote machine
method with no rsync server.

the second problem is, that all my downloaded binaries files are broken.
Textfiles are ok but binaries are broken (excel, pdf,...). I used
CYGWIN=binmode tty and ssh as the connection mode.

I hope someone can help me out.

Regards,
Gerhard
