Hello, I need help. I just downloaded Cygwin, but there is nothing here i.e. gcc, g++, perl, vim, etc.. Nothing else works, either. All I can do is move around through the directories with no functionality. I am new to Linux/UNIX. When I downloaded, there was no option for setup.exe. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
