Hello,
  I need help. I just downloaded Cygwin, but there is nothing here i.e. 
gcc, g++, perl, vim, etc.. Nothing else works, either. All I can do is 
move around through the directories with no functionality. I am new to 
Linux/UNIX. When I downloaded, there was no option for setup.exe.
  Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
