Looks like cygwin setup was not able to download ANYTHING from the internet.
Maybe it's due to the way you ask setup to access the net: you seem to have
clicked to "Direct connection". Try to click rather on "Use IE5 Settings";
obviously you were able to download setup.exe so you have an access to the
net that works, so if possible use the same settings.
