Hi Corinna
Thanks for the answer
My application is a pure windows application,
which accesses postgreSQL using JDBC.
It does not use the cygwin.dll.
PostgreSQL itself uses the cygwin.dll.
Can I still use cygwin without violating the GPL?
Thanks
