Subject: latex Permission problem

Hi,

I Installed cygwin and tetex in a W2000 system.,
I can run latex as an administrator, but I can't run it as a normal user.
The same problem is pinted in:
http://www.tug.org/pipermail/tex-live/2001-July/001033.html

Anyone has a fix.

Thanks,
Elias Tahhan

PS. Please tell me by a mail to my adress where I can read the answer.
