Hi, I Installed cygwin and tetex in a W2000 system., I can run latex as an administrator, but I can't run it as a normal user. The same problem is pinted in: http://www.tug.org/pipermail/tex-live/2001-July/001033.html Anyone has a fix. Thanks, Elias Tahhan PS.
