"gdb" will pull in "binutils", which is at least improperly installed for you currently (I'm assuming that because you have improperly installed gcc). If you want a working installation, you need to use setup.exe, which you get by following the instructions I gave above. This list really can't be responsible for custom installation processes (i.e. those that don't use setup.exe). Sorry.
