Having run this new version and selecting "download from Internet" and
"mirrors.rcn.net" I get the package list with the packages I should update
highlighted BUT there are categories off the bottom of the window and no
scroll bar to get to them. If I change the view the scroll bar appears when
necessary, its just the first view where it does not appear.

I have uploaded a picture of this to http://www.mdsh.com/cygwin/
